The Red Cedar Renaissance Project is one step closer to becoming a reality.
Five proposals have been submitted to the City of Lansing in regards to the project. Voters approved the sale of the former golf course last November.
After the winning proposal is picked, the developer will draft an agreement with the city, which must be approved by the city council before work can begin.
