A 62-year-old Howell bicyclist is dead, after being hit by a car Monday.
The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Office says the man was riding east on Beard Road in Burn Township just after 1:30 in the afternoon, when he was hit by a car, also heading east.
The 62-year-old man was taken to Hurley Hospital, where he later died.
The accident is under investigation.
