Road Closures Begin for Common Ground Preparations
The city of Lansing will started preparing for Common Ground at Adado Riverfront Park after Wednesday night's firework show.
The seven-night concert series starts Monday, but lane closures start Thursday. Grand Avenue between Shiawassee and Saginaw will be closed, and stay closed for the whole event.
Westbound Shiawassee Street between Grand Avenue and Cedar Street will also be closed.
Other streets in the area will have reduced lanes.
