Shots Fired into Home, Residents Thought It Was Fireworks

LANSING - They thought it was fireworks outside, but residents of an apartment in southwest Lansing discovered bullet holes in their home.

At about 1:30AM Tuesday Lansing police were called to an apartment in the 3900 block of Hunters Ridge Drive.

The residents said they originally thought fireworks had been set off, but found multiple bullet holes in the walls.

There were four adults and one child in the home during the shooting. No one was injured.
 

Police searched the neighborhood, and found evidence of a shooting, but no arrests have been made. The investigation continues.
