Man Drowns in Duck Lake Friday
According to the Muskegon County Sheriff Dean Roesler, an 18 year old boy and a 10 year old family friend were swimming from the boat launch to the other side of Duck Lake around six o'clock Friday evening.
The 18 year old male began to struggle and have trouble breathing, the 10 year old family friend saw and swam to shore for help.
After two hours of searching a dive team member found the young man's body not far from shore, on the edge of a drop off in the water.
The man's name had not yet been release, relatives are still being notified.
