20th World Balloon Championship Seeks Local Talent
BATTLE CREEK, MI-June 28, 2012- Looking for 400+ dancers, ages 10 & older, to volunteer to perform during the opening ceremony that will launch the 20th World Balloon Championship competition on August 18th in Battle Creek.
Dancers will have the privilege of working with internationally known choreographer Jeremy Plummer and the event will be web cast live at no charge.
This year the 20th World Balloon Championship will be held in Battle Creek, Michigan August 18th-27th. Top Balloonists from over 35 countries will be competing in this event. We want to launch the competition with an opening ceremony that is something to remember!
Whether you are dancing with a local studio or you think participating in a flash mob is something you really want to do, we are looking for you! The call for dancers will be closed once the desired number of dancers is reached.

• We are looking for a commitment from dancers by July 16th
• Practice is scheduled for Friday, August 17th and possibly early in the day Saturday August 18th
• Opening Ceremony is August 18th at 7:00 pm
