Updated with Video: Man Killed, Woman Critical, in Motorcycle Crash
EATON RAPIDS - One man is dead and and a woman is in critical condition after a late-night motorcycle accident in Eaton County.
Eaton County Sheriff's deputies say excessive speed and alcohol were factors in the accident that occurred at 10:30PM Wednesday on M-50 at Canfield Road outside of Eaton Rapids.
Dennis Marc Olmstead, 41, the driver of the motorcycle, was killed, and his passenger, a 19-year old woman, was critically injured when the motorcycle left the road and struck a culvert.
The accident remains under investigation.
