Roger Stein was formally charged Wednesday for the murder of a Jackson man.
The 29-year-old suspect was charged with one count of murder and two gun charges.
He accused of shooting 22-year-old Ricky Upshaw Monday night outside a home in the 1000 block of Adrian Street.
Police say the two men knew each other and had been arguing.
