EAST LANSING - Criminal charges are filed three months after an MSU student is found dead in her dorm room on campus.
Wednesday Marquez Dominique Cannon, 18, of Eastpointe, Michigan, was charged with three felonies, two for criminal sexual conduct, in the death of the 18-year-old woman who was found dead March 19th in South Hubbard Hall.
