While many in Michigan were enjoying the unseasonably warm weather in March, it created a disaster for local farmers and their crops.  

Michael Patrick Shiels spoke with Grand Traverse Pie Company founder Mike Busley about the newly-signed fruit disaster relief bill, which will provide loans to farmers. Governor Snyder signed the legislation on Tuesday.
