MSU Receives Susan G. Komen Grant
Michigan State University will now be able to provide breast evaluations and surgery for women with breast cancer in mid-Michigan.
It got a new grant from the Susan G. Komen Foundation, totalling more than 45,000 dollars.
The program will focus on women under the age of 40, allowing MSU's Department of Surgery to perform evaluations, mammograms, and surgeries if needed.
