Michigan State Increases Tuition
EAST LANSING - The Michigan State University Board of Trustees has approved a tuition increase.
Meeting Friday morning, the board approved a $14 per credit hour tuition increase for in-state undergraduate students. That 3.5% increase adds up to about $210 more per semester.
A university press statement says that in-state undergraduates who take a full load of classes, 15 credit hours, will be paying about $6,311 per semester.
Out-of-state undergraduate students will see a $44 per credit hour increase.
Graduate students will have to pay $28.25 more per credit hour. It's a $55.75 increase for non-Michigan residents.
