Recalls on Popular Summer Products
It could be a dangerous summer by the pool if you ignore this recall: these inflatable water slides can deflate, which could cause the user to hit the ground underneath the slide and get hurt.
They're made by "Banzai". One woman died after fracturing her neck, and a man became a quadriplegic. The slides were sold exclusively at Walmart and Toys-R-Us between 2005 and 2009.
These trampolines, also sold at Walmart, could put someone in the hospital. Nearly a dozen injuries, including broken bones, are blamed on the poor netting surrounding the "Sportspower Bounce-Pro" trampolines.
