CAHS Holding Pet Fair at Lett's Community Center
LANSING, MI --- The Capital Area Humane Society will be holding a Pet Fair on Friday, April 27, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The event includes free Distemper and Rabies vaccines, wellness exams for cats and dogs as well as behavioral and educational information for the community for the first 75 animals.
WHAT: CAHS Pet Fair.
· FREE Rabies and Distemper Vaccines for Cats and Dogs.
· FREE Wellness exams for Cats and Dogs.
· BEHAVIORAL advice, information and obedience class registration information.
· EDUCATIONAL information about CAHS Clubs, Camps and more!
WHEN: Friday, April 27, 2012 from 4:00pm-7:00pm.
WHERE: Lett’s Community Center, 1220 W. Kalamazoo Street, Lansing, MI 48915
WHO: Open to the public within a 5 mile radius of the community center – The first 75 animals will be seen.
WHY: Our Pet Fairs are to provide families in low-income communities the vaccines and vet care they deserve, but can’t always afford. We offer low-cost spay and neuter information to help CAHS fight against pet overpopulation as well as educate the public on the importance of vaccines, regular vet care, behavior advice and assistance as well as spay and/or neuter opportunities. These Pet Fairs are for the people living within a 5 mile radius of the community centers we will be visiting. Please contact your local community center for more information.
