New Sex Charges Against Former Charlotte Doctor
A former doctor is facing new charges after more patients say they were sexually assaulted.
Kassem Hallak, who used to practice medicine at the Charlotte Medical Center and Urgent Care, was arraigned on five counts of criminal sexual conduct in Eaton County Wednesday.
We're told those alleged incidents took place as far back as 2002.
Hallak has already been ordered to stand trial on six other counts-- stemming from incidents between November 2009 and July 2010.
