A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for the 17-year-old Ohio student accused of killing three of his classmates.
TJ Lane appeared in juvenile court Tuesday, when a judge deferred his plea, and explained he may be charged as an adult.
Lane faces several charges including three counts of aggravated murder.
