Charges Filed in Chardon School Shooting
According to WKYC, prosecutor David Joyce is filing charges against the teen responsible for the death of three students following a school shooting in Chardon, Ohio. T.J. Lane has been in police custody since Monday.
Prosecutor David Joyce tells WKYC's Dave Summers the following charges are being filed against Lane: 3 counts of aggravated murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder, 1 count of felonious assault.
The shooting occurred Monday at Chardon High School.
