Keeping drugs out of the water supply --- that's one goal of the Ingham County Health department. Saturday morning, they were out collecting unwanted drugs and personal care products to make sure they're disposered of properly.
"We're preventing them from getting into the water table and we're also preventing them from getting in the hands of children. A lot of people have prescriptions they're no longer using, we want to properly dispose of them."
If you missed Saturday's event, they'll be out collecting unwanted medicine again in April.
