One Lansing restaurant will not be in business in 2012.
Sawyer's Gourmet Pancake House on West Saginaw Street, which specializes in locally-grown and organic food, announced it's closing the doors for good on January first.
The owner tells us the restaurant's had some major financial hurdles, though he hopes to be able to re-open someday.
