Police Identify Shooting Victim
Lansing police are still looking for the person who shot and killed Desmond Dorris at a downtown CATA station Tuesday.
They haven't identified a suspect, though they did arrest three after shooting. Turns out, those three had nothing to do with it, though one teenager in a car did shoot at police.
He's been arraigned, but his name won't be released, because he's only 16.
