Lansing's annual holiday parade is going to be getting some Disney power.
Cody Simpson will be the featured singer at Silver Bells in the City this year. The Australian-born teen has a couple of hits in the Top 40 and has made several TV appearances.
Silver Bells is scheduled for Friday, November 18th, and will include a parade, the first ever Silver Bells Fun Run, fireworks, and the lighting of the state Christmas tree.
The fun starts at five p.m.
Jackson's holiday parade is the same night - November 18th. It will take place from five to eight in downtown Jackson.
