Michigan's Big Show: The 8-Hour Diet
According to statistics, approximately one-third of people who made resolutions for the new year have already given them up. Exercising, quitting smoking, and dieting are among the top resolutions each year.
On Thursday's Michigan's Big Show, Michael Patrick Shiels spoke with Peter Moore, Editor of Men's Health Magazine, about a diet option for 2013.
