The Detroit Lions were held off by the San Francisco 49ers Sunday night, 27-19. The Lions were held to field goals through most of the game, with Jason Hanson connecting on four of them to give the Lions their only offensive points until the fourth quarter.
The Lions brought it to within eight points in the fourth on a field goal, but the 49ers answered with a touchdown. Detroit finally made it to the end zone on a Matthew Stafford pass to Brandon Pettigrew to make it 27-19, but it was too late.
Former Lion Ken Dallafior was on the line on Michigan's Morning Show Monday with guest host Jack Ebling to discuss the game.
