BluesFest Continues in Old Town
Saturday's performances begin at 2:00 p.m. and will go past midnight. Lansing mainstay Freddie Cunningham & the Root Doctor Band will play on the Flagstar Stage this evening.
Another notable performance block scheduled is at "The Other Stage" on 1215 Turner, where all are welcome for an Open Jam session at the festival.

If jammin' along with the blues makes you hungry, there will be plenty of local food vendors serving a range of foods, from Maria's Tacos and Thai Food from Lamai to Clint's Hot Dogs and FOX 47's winner for favorite local food truck, Grand Grillin.
Local Old Town businesses will also have extended hours for festivalgoers.
So be sure to soak up one of the last weekends of the summer and spend some time at Old Town BluesFest, produced by MICA - Michigan Institute for Contemporary Art.
