A jury in Jackson County has found a man guilty for a murder that happened two years ago.
Troy Johnson has been convicted of Manslaughter and Using a Gun to Commit a Felony. He faces up to 17 years in prison when he's sentenced in March.
Johnson shot and killed Jason Brewer at the corner of Randolph and First streets in Jackson in February of 2015.
Johnson had just finished serving a 10 year sentence for Assault at the time.
