Santa’s will be on the run in DeWitt Saturday as they run for a cause.
The Race of the Santas will be held on Saturday 5:15 p.m. with a youth Reindeer Run starting at 5:05 p.m. Race line up is at 5 p.m.
To enter the Santa race, there is a $40 entry fee, which includes a Santa suit for the racer to keep and use for future races, and the Reindeer Run fee is $10.
The money raised will go to benefit St. Jude’s and the Redeemer UMC Food Banks. Last year, $10,000 was raised.
The races are in conjunction with DeWitt’s Christmas Market, the Lighted Parade and tree lighting.
