The Comfort Inn of Charlotte was robbed Tuesday night at knife-point.
A man wearing a ski mask went into the lobby of the hotel on Packard Highway in Charlotte, showed the clerk he had a knife and demanded money.
The desk clerk handed over some cash and the thief took off on foot out of the hotel. He was not seen getting into a car.
No one was hurt and police are investigating.
