Lansing police are investigating a shooting on the city's south side that sent one man to the hospital.
It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Friday morning in the area of Cedar and Paris.
Police say just a few minutes after they got the shots fired call, a man showed up at the hospital with a gunshot wound.
Police tell FOX 47 News he is expected to survive.
They also say this shooting was not a random act and there is no danger to the public.
