The Mid-Michigan Physicians building on Lake Lansing Road in Lansing Township reopened Monday.
It had been closed since Derrick Carter crashed his car into it twice last Wednesday.
Two people were hurt and were listed in critical condition at last check.
Carter was arraigned on two counts of attempted murder over the weekend.
His wife told fox47news.com he was having a mental-health crisis.
