Non-stop flights from Lansing to Chicago will be here before summer is over.
Federal authorities just recently approved American airline's application to fly out of Capital Region International Airport after an eight month long grassroots campaign.
The new daily non-stop service to O'Hare will start on August 23rd, with three flights a day.
American will also offer daily non-stop service to Washington DC starting July 5th.
