Mount Hope Ave will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Boston Boulevard and MLK Jr. Boulevard for gas utility work.
Consumers Energy is replacing the gas main and residential/business service leads within the parkway/greenspace between S MLK and Pattengill Ave.
The project is expected to be constructed in different phases from October 3 through mid-November. There will be sidewalk closures in the project area, but a detour will be provided.
