Miacha Tillman has been bound over to circuit court in charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition by a felon, felony firearm, and an additional count of discharging a firearm in or at a building.
The charges relate to a shooting incident that occurred in Jackson on August 1st, 2016 at McBride and Harwood.
Police found him hiding in the attic of a home on McBride street that had been shot at.
Tillman is being held without bond. His next court date is before Judge Beebe.
