Today is Groundhog day and a woodchuck at the Howell Nature Center in Howell is gearing up for her big prediction. Woody the Woodchuck happily munched on a banana in front of cameras.
She is Michigan's official groundhog. If she does not see her shadow, spring is on the way. If she does see her shadow, we are in for six more weeks of winter. Her prediction is at 8:15 a.m.
