A former Michigan State University gymnastics doctor has reportedly reached a plea deal. Dr. Larry Nassar of Holt, is expected to plead guilty at a court hearing in Ingham County tomorrow.

Nassar is charged with 22 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct in both Eaton and Ingham counties. He is accused of sexually assaulting girls during medical treatments.

According to a Detroit News source, Nassar will plead guilty to first degree criminal sexual conduct charges in Ingham and Eaton counties, and in exchange, the Attorney General's office has agreed not to press more charges against him involving dozens of other women who say he sexually abused them when they were girls. The source says instead of a possible life sentence if his case went to trial, Nassar could be sentenced to at least 25 years in prison.

The following Wednesday, Nassar has another hearing set on November 29, in Eaton County, where he is expected to reportedly plead guilty to charges there. Nassar has also admitted to federal pornography charges and is scheduled to be sentenced on December 7.

Many of his alleged victims are expected to be at the plea hearing tomorrow in Ingham County to hear him confess.
