3 Deliciously Healthy Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

Happy hour brings people together for drinks and food, but why should it be limited to alcohol. Donna Ruko has three healthy alternatives that will put a little pep in your step. Shots, shots, shots… without the hangover!

 

1.  Juice Shots

Juices get absorbed into the blood stream really fast because there is no protein or fiber to slow down absorption process. You're going to get that straight rush of those nutrients, vitamins, and minerals right away.

 

2.  Kombucha on Tap

Kombucha has probiotics in it which is keeping the natural bacteria of your body in balance and it helps cleanse the liver. It's a very different drink so some people won't know what to think at first, but will eventually ask for more.

*Kombucha CAN have alcohol in it sometimes. About 2 to 5 percent, so be sure to ask your bartender.

 

3.  Tea Tasting

The world of tea is endless. There's so many possibilities with the different varieties. If you want to relax, you want something calming and soothing. If you want something that will give you that jolt, there's a tea for that!
