If you've always wanted to travel, but never have enough money or vacation time to do it, Teresa Strasser's got the solution for you. In today's Buzzlist, she's giving you three new jobs on the market that will let you travel for a living - and get paid to do it.

1. Professional Mermaid

Travel the world in a tail and a set of seashells by becoming a professional mermaid. These women (and men!) get to bounce around the globe, bringing the magic of mermaids to life. And while it might sound like a fairy tale job, it's real, and pays a real nice average of $61,000 a year. I'd wear some clams for that amount of clams...

2. Mystery Hotel Inspector

If you're a stickler for all things clean and tidy, consider becoming a Mystery Hotel Inspector. These lucky individuals are hired by hospitality groups to do quality assurance tests on their hotel rooms. So, while you'll have to pay for your own flights, you'll get comped your stay at the hotel, plus room service meals. Not to mention, you can earn 51K a year, on average; and you'd basically be Eloise in the City for a living. That little girl didn't know what she had.

3. House Sitter

Are you good at remembering to water plants and like sleeping in beds that aren't yours? Then consider becoming a house sitter. All you've got to do to start is register on a house sitter finding site, like, LuxuryHouseSitting.com or TrustedHouseSitters.com, fill out a profile, show off your home-care skills, and wait to get called to service.

The job can pay anywhere from $25 to $45 per day, and can take you anywhere, from across the country to around the globe. Not so bad for having to take care of a few ficuses.
