Nearly 60 Animals Seized
Nearly 60 animals were seized from a ranch in California. The San Diego County Department of Animal Services took 58 horses, goats, sheep, llamas, and cattle from a ranch in Campo over allegations they were abusing their animals.
Officials claim the animals were seriously underweight, had overgrown hoofs, and other medical conditions. The animals are behing rehabilitated at the county animal shelter, and will likely be given to new homes afterwards.
