We got a look inside the bakery of Quality Dairy on Monday, as thousands of paczki doughnuts were prepared for Fat Tuesday.

Quality Dairy has been serving up the Polish treats since the late 1980s, when the Miller family brought the tradition to Lansing. They were a big hit, and today, the company offers 11 flavors. On Monday, the Quality Dairy bakery turned out over 5,000 paczki per hour. The paczki season is short and ends today, so fans of the treat are lining up for their last chance to chow down.
