The area Retired Senior Volunteer Program is recruiting seniors age 55 and older and looking to place them at businesses throughout the area.
Seniors have a lot of opportunities to work at the hospitals in town, Salvation Army and more, Director Tom Ebaugh said. Potter Park Zoo, the river trail ... volunteers are always sought to assist with safety there, he said.
The American Cancer Society is in big need of helpers, he said.
Seniors may offer up what hours they are available to help out, Ebaugh said.
