I first heard "Frozen Charlotte" used on a television show some years ago, and since then it has stuck with me as one of those quiet, lovely tunes to play on a cold, winter evening. I always imagine looking out a window with the snow falling when I hear this song.
To me, some songs are seasonal, and only work at certain times of the year. This is one of those songs that only belongs in November-March.
