Celebrate National BBQ Month

Today marks the kick off to May, and National BBQ Month!  In our house we use our grill 12 months out of the year, however not everyone is as crazy as us.  May seems to be the time of year when most Michiganders dust off those propane tanks or charcoals and light it up in the back yard.

So all you self proclaimed "Grill Masters" - onward with those tongs and spatulas!

Miller's Magic Marinade

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Orange Juice
  • Greek Seasoning
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Fresh Crushed/Chopped Garlic
  • Fresh Rosemary

Prepare your meat: clean, trim, and tenderize.  Mix all ingredients into a zip-lock bag with your choice of meat.  Let marinade set for 2-24 hours.  Grill to perfection!
